is a luxury safari lodge located within the private NamibRand Nature Reserve in southern Namibia. Situated on 15,000 hectares of exclusive desert terrain, it offers a remote experience focused on the striking landscapes of the Namib Desert and its status as Africa's first International Dark Sky Reserve.

Accommodation & Amenities

The lodge features 12 air-conditioned chalets (10 twin/double and 2 family units) built with thatched roofs and canvas walls to blend into the environment.

Stargazer Rooms: Each chalet includes a unique, separate "star gazer" room open to the sky, allowing guests to sleep directly under the desert stars.
En-suite Facilities: Rooms include both indoor and outdoor showers and a private shaded veranda.
Main Lodge: Facilities include a swimming pool, a well-stocked bar, a library, and a dining area.
Sustainability: The entire camp is solar-powered.

Key Activities

The focus is on exploring the vast desert landscape and its unique, desert-adapted wildlife rather than traditional "big game" safaris.

Nature Adventures: Guided nature drives, walks, and quad biking across the dunes.
Aerial Excursions: Hot air ballooning and scenic helicopter flights over the Namib Desert.
Sossusvlei Trips: Early morning excursions to the iconic red dunes of Sossusvlei and the petrified trees of Deadvlei (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours away).
Specialty Experiences: Horseback riding, e-biking, and stargazing sessions led by experienced guides.

Location: 4WF2+HQ8 NamibRand Nature Reserve, Sesriem, Namibia.
Accessibility: The lodge is approximately a 5.5-hour drive from Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek. It is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Rates: Prices typically range from approximately $690 to $1,100 per person per night, often booked on a full-board basis including most activities.
